Bloomette – Return and Refund Policy

At Bloomette, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be valid:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care products

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, video games, vinyl records, or software that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@bloomette.shop and send the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned product. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver received the item first and then gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the value of the returned item exceeds €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
